Terms of Membership
1. Eligibility Criteria
Membership in the Africa CEO Club is exclusive to verified Chief Executive Officers, Managing Directors, and Founders of organizations operating within or engaging with African markets. All applicants must hold active C-suite executive authority, demonstrate verifiable leadership credentials, submit to comprehensive background verification, and operate in accordance with pan-African business ethics.
2. Confidentiality & NDA
All members are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements covering Deal Room investment information and commercial terms, member proprietary business intelligence, private forum discussions and strategic dialogue, and unpublished research and data shared within the platform.
3. Code of Conduct
Members agree to uphold professional standards including respect for all 54 African nations, transparent and ethical business dealings, compliance with anti-corruption and anti-money laundering regulations, and contribution to the collective advancement of African enterprise.
4. Membership Fees & Renewal
Annual membership fees are non-refundable and tier-specific. Membership is subject to annual renewal and continued compliance with platform policies.
5. Termination
The Africa CEO Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of breach of terms, unethical conduct, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
