Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, articulate, and intellectually curious TV / Podcast Host & Co-Host to lead high-level executive conversations across our media platforms. This role is central to shaping on-air experiences, moderating strategic discussions, and engaging influential business and policy leaders across Africa.
Key Responsibilities

Host and co-host executive TV and podcast programs

Moderate live and recorded discussions with CEOs, policymakers, and industry leaders

Conduct in-depth interviews and panel conversations

Prepare thoroughly for episodes through research and briefing notes

Maintain professionalism, discretion, and editorial integrity on air

Collaborate with production, editorial, and research teams
Requirements

Exceptional verbal communication and on-camera presence

Strong interviewing and moderation skills

Maturity, discretion, and confidence engaging senior executives

Background in media, journalism, communications, or public affairs is an advantage

Experience in executive-level or high-impact conversations preferred
